Nisma/ Initiatives

Finiq, a small municipality on the southern border with one of the oldest populations in Albania, has no cultural institution of its own. Five staff work on culture, the municipality organises about 10 activities a year, and the Cultural Centre in Livadhja, schools and village squares serve as its venues.
